All parking spaces are for standard vehicles only. Vehicles must remain in working condition, be licensed, insured, and moved regularly. Any vehicle leaking fluids must be repaired or removed immediately. Residents may only park in their assigned space or in areas marked for resident parking. Guest parking is only allowed in spaces specifically marked “Guest” or “Visitor,” or in designated areas approved by management. The speed limit in the parking area is 5 MPH, Playing in the parking lot is not allowed for safety reasons. Vehicles that block emergency access, fire lanes, disabled spaces, dumpsters, or entrances, or that park on lawns or other non-designated areas, may be towed without notice. Inoperable vehicles may also be towed after 72 hours’ notice is given. Management is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss in the parking areas; residents park at their own risk.
